SPANICH SAMOSA WITH MOZZARELLA
mini spinach samosa , and cheese samosa, palak cheese samosa ,this dish is very delicious . make to very easily at home.
spinach samosa is made filling for blend spinach , some cheese and green
chilly .the filling stuffed in plain flour of dough and deep frying.
INGREDIANTS :-
- 200 gm mozrella cheese.
- 3 green chillies finely chopped.
- 1 inch ginger.
- 1 tbs garlic paste.
- 1/2 tbs garam masala.
- 1/2 tbs chat masala.
- 1/ 2 tbs cumin seeds.
- 1 cup spinach puree.
- 2 cups refined .
- salt to taste.
- 3 tbs ghee.
- oil for deep frying.
- 1/2 carom seeds.
- 1 bowl maida.
- 1 tbs ajwain.
i would like to share some important tips about this recipe to make the perfect spinach samosa .
how to proceed this dish.
- to make mini spinach and cheese samosa,knead the dough well till smooth.
- and elastic and divide the dough into 26 equal portions.
- roll out a portion of th dough into 75 mm.
- cut the circle horizonttaly into 2 equal portions using a sharp knife.
- take a portion and join the edges to make a cone and seal it with little water.
- stuff the cone with 1 tbs of th prepared spinach and cheese filling and apply,little water on the edges to seal it.
- repeat with the remaining dough and filling to make 25 more mini spinach and cheese samosa.
- heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and deep frying a few mini spinach and cheese samosas on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. drain in an absorbent paper.
