today i am going to tell you the method of making maki ki roti with sarson ka saag. this roti is very popular in the winter days of punjab and india also, this roti also makes churri which nobody would have to told you. it is very easy to make churri ,break the roti in littel bit by hand and mix one spoon of desi ghee and one spoon of suger then mix it.

Ingredients for Makki Ki Roti Recipe
Maize flour - 400 grams
Salt - as per taste (if you want)
Hot Water
butter 2 spoon
Method - How to make Makki Ki Roti Recipe
Take maize flour in a vessel. Just before making the roti, add salt to the flour and knead the dough with the help of hot water, keep the dough for 15-20 minutes so that the dough gets set.
Heat a pan with a griddle. Take a little flour from the flour and knead it softly with the help of palm, when the dough becomes soft then make a dough by taking a little flour from it. Bake the dough with your palm and make it big.
Now apply a little water on the palms and make the dough with the help of fingers of both hands, now press the palms of both hands and press it to make a roti about 5-6 inches in diameter.
Put this roti on a hot cup, and when it is roasted from the lower side, turn it with the help of a flip. When the bread is roasted well on the other side, then lift it with the help of a flip and roast it on a low flame on the gas until it gets brown spots on both the sides.
Heat butter or ghee on hot bread. Mustard greens have a different taste with maize bread. You can also eat maize bread with mustard greens or any of your favorite vegetables. To increase the taste of maize bread, eat jaggery and butter along with bread.
